我觉得如果宣泾通了，皖南人民在杭黄没有着落的情况下，去上海要方便得多，不用绕行芜湖南京了，而且泾县可以西延到铜陵

没有黄杭还有商杭，何况即使黄杭建成，大部分皖南人民也不可能从黄杭中转去上海的。
