估计是BSP在苏北缺乏竞争力就只能换回有YZ的车，这样淮安---南通一早的客流才能得到保证，不然从22，到25，没有什么问题，25到报废车44，骂声一片，又回到25不甘心了，再换67的来圈钱，彻底消灭了中转客流（淮安郊县的，和需要到南通中转的），把乘客都赶回大巴了，那还有什么生意，还是44的车实惠点。。。。。。。

这回动局总算干了件实在事。。。。。。。。
