  国际铁路杂志IRJ(International Railway Journal) 2014年10月期以《CNR’s share in world rolling stock market》(《中国北车的发展及市场地位》)为题,报道了中国北车在世界轨道交通装备坐标体系中的地位。
  国际铁路杂志IRJ(International Railway Journal,ISSN 0744-5326)是一份英国月刊,创刊于1961年,是世界上第一份全球分布的铁路行业专业杂志,是国际铁路界最权威、发行量最大的杂志之一。发行对象为国际铁路业界的高级管理人员、工程师、制造商、铁路规划者和顾问。

CNR’s share in world rolling stock market

  CNR has experienced rapid development in the last ten years and its revenue has increased by up to 24.4% per year.

  In November 2013, SCI Verkehr, a Germany company released a list of top ten manufacturers as measured by turnover from new rail vehicles 2012. CNR continue lie in the first position after 2011. Its value is even more than the total amount of backmost five companies.

  In 2012, the worldwide rolling stock market has a market volume of EUR 89.4 billion. CNR’s revenue in rolling stock were RMB 67.024 billion, which equates to EUR 8.275 billion, which give it a 9.25% share of in global rolling stock market.

  Table 1 collates the production of the main types of rolling stock products in the world and CNR’s output and share between 2007 and 2011.
  


  CNR maintained its position in world top three in the manufacturers of electric locomotives, high-speed trains, passenger coaches, freight wagons and metro cars.
  
  Compared with four globe companies including Bombardier, Alstom, Siemens and GE, the performance of CNR is quite outstanding. Figure No.4 shows the revenue trends of CNR and the other four companies’ transportation divisions from 2003 to 2013. It reflects CNR’s development in the last ten years.

  Table No.2 and No.3 compare the financial performance of CNR and other four companies in 2001 and 2013 using data from their annual reports.




  In 2001, CNR’s revenues per employee was less than one-tenth of the lowest of the four other companies. But by 2013, this value was close to that of the lowest of the other four, which is indeed great progress.
  
  CNR delivered first high-speed train to MOR in 2007. In 2011 and 2012, CNR output of HSTs is 2,096 units, equal to 262 train sets. In 2013, CNR got 66% share of over 300 km/h HST from bidding of China Railway Corporation. Now CNR is the biggest manufacturer of over 300 km/h HST in the world.
  CRH380BL "Harmony" 380 km/h high-speed train broke Chinese train speed record on 9 Jan. 2011 at 487.3 km/h. CRH3 "Harmony" 350 km/h high-speed train won the First Prize of National Technology Progress Award in Jan. 2013.
  On Dec. 2012, 921-km long Harbin-Dalian line, the world’s first & longest high-speed railway operating in extremely low temperatures started running. CRH380B HST took up the task and become the first high-speed train suitable for running on frigid region at 350 km/h in the world.
  CNR has developed new inter-city high-speed train including CJ-1 and CJ-2. Table No.4 show you their performance
  

  
  CNR’s products are running well in more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. With rolling stock as the core to provide system solution for future cities, CNR is marching on to become a world-class company in the industry of railway transport equipment by 2020.

  10年来中国北车发展迅速,销售收入年均递增24.4%。见图1。
   
  2014年9月,德国SCI Verkehr公司发布了2013-14年世界机车车辆供应商新造车销售收入前10名排行榜,中国北车继2011年后继续保持世界第一,而且比最后面的5个公司之合还要多。见图2。
   
  2012年,世界机车车辆市场容量是894亿欧元,中国北车轨道交通业务板块的收入为人民币670.24亿元,折合约82.75亿欧元,在世界机车车辆市场中所占份额约为9.25%。见图3。
   
  下表统计了2007-2011年世界主要机车车辆产品的产量及北车所占的份额。

  在电力机车、高速列车、客车、货车和地铁车辆等项产品的制造能力方面,中国北车都位居世界前三名。
  
  与庞巴迪、阿尔斯通、西门子、GE公司等4大跨国公司相比,中国北车的业绩十分突出,图4绘制了2003-2013年中国北车及4大跨国公司运输部销售收入变化的过程曲线,反映了公司10年间的发展轨迹。
  
  表2  和表3就中国北车与其它4大跨国公司2001年、2013年的财务数据进行了比较,数据来源于公司年报。
  
  2001年,中国北车的人均销售收入不及4大公司最低者的1/10。但是,到2013年,中国北车的人均销售收入已经接近了4大公司中的最低者,这的确是个了不起的进步。
  
  2007年,中国北车向铁道部交付了第一列高速列车。2011年至2012年,中国北车生产了2096辆,折合262列高速列车。2013年,中国北车在铁路总公司时速300公里以上高速列车招标中,获得了66%的份额。目前,中国北车是世界上最大的时速300公里以上高速列车制造商。
  
  CRH380B高速列车在2011年1月创造了487.km/h的中国高铁速度记录。CRH3型高速列车在2013年1月荣获国家科技进步一等奖。
  
  2012年12月,921公里长的哈大高铁开通,这是世界上第一条,也是最长的一条高寒地区高铁线路。CRH380B型高速列车承担了运营任务,成为世界首列适用于高寒地区的时速350公里的高速列车。
  
  中国北车还开发了CJ-1和CJ-2型城际列车。见表4.
  中国北车产品出口到了世界上80多个国家和地区。致力于以轨道交通装备为核心,为未来城市提供系统解决方案 ,力争到2020年成为具有国际竞争力的世界一流企业 。
