　　    到站台迎送旅客的人员应购买站台票。动车组列车不售站台票。在一些车站，购买其它列车的站台票必须凭车票购买站台票，每张车票限售一张站台票。对于提供站台票又实施实名制的车站，旅客在进站时应出示站台票。

　　    站台票当日使用一次有效。随同成人进站身高不足 1.2 米的儿童及特殊情况经车站同意进站的人员，可不买站台票。未经车站同意无站台票进站时，加倍补收站台票款。

　　    遇特殊情况，站长可决定暂停发售站台票。站台票不办理退票。持站台票送客的人员不准上车。

　　    旅客在不发售站台票的车站需要帮助时，可以找车站工作人员联系。

　　Visitors seeing off or picking up passengers require a platform ticket. As a rule, platform tickets are not available for CRH trains. For all other trains, a valid train ticket may need be presented, depending on the station. Only one platform ticket is available per valid train ticket. At Ticket and ID Check, present your platform ticket to gain access.

　　The platform ticket may be used only once on the date of issue. Children less than 1.2 m in height (if entering with adults) and passengers with special permissions may enter without a platform ticket. Visitors who enter stations without permission may need to pay the price of two such tickets if they are without a platform ticket. Station masters may suspend the sales of platform tickets under special circumstances. Platform tickets cannot be refunded, and are not valid for boarding trains.

　　At stations which do not offer platform tickets, station staff may be contacted if needed.
