什么是Interference suppressor？

买了一个Fle车头，说明书里有这样一段话：

Additional RFI-tips for D.C. Starter sets (exceptional Digital Starter Sets):
To feed in D.C. Power to tracks, utilize the feed track included with the interference suppressor.  The interference suppressor should not be removed from the layout.

Additional RFI-tips for transformers:
the interference suppressor should be installed in each circuit. On feed track (I.e. connector track) with suppressor should be built in.  The connecting wires should be connected in pairs to the feed track

这里the interference suppressor （干扰抑制）是指什么？ 是在接电的轨道上还是在控制器上？一般的Starter Set 都有吗？BWC的轨道套装和自动往返套装里都有吗？

论坛里不知道有没有学电气的同学，以下全是我的极不专业的理解，欢迎指正！

干扰抑制器貌似是用来消除电磁干扰的，因为火车的电机在运转过程中会产生电磁干扰，为了防止电磁干扰通过导线传回模拟控制器，所以要在轨道供电处增加干扰抑制器，应该就是一个小电容吧。

附图是ROCO官网上的61190和61191的官方图，上面的是61190数码控制器接电线，下图是61191模拟控制器接电线。请注意两者的区别，红色圆圈处。以下是官网的英文介绍，可以看出模拟线比数码线多出了interference suppressor，应该就是画红圈标出来的小电容。为什么数码控制器不需要呢？我想应该是数码控制器的放大器里是不是都带有具有抗干扰功能的电路，所以不需要这个小电容啊？希望高手给进一步解答一下！！

瞎猜一下，是不是模拟的控制器需要这个电容滤除轨道车辆可能产生的一些高频噪声，防止这些噪声和干扰对模拟器件的影响。数字控制器完全走的是数字信号，相关的器件应该都能够抗击噪声的影响，所以就不用了。
不了解具体的控制器电路，确实不好说。
