北戴河 DK248+908.71 = 京秦K276+907
秦皇岛 DK298+900 = 京秦DK298+900
秦皇岛-北戴河 = 20.492

秦皇岛那个DK298+900有问题，似乎应该是DK279.400.71 = 京秦DK298+900才对。

另外可以看出北戴河-秦皇岛间客专比京哈(21.993)少了1.5km。

“该工程线路起自铁路天津站（不含）外DK9+000，终点为秦皇岛站（含）中心DK298+785”
这两个DK似乎不是一个基准，引出一个问题：看这种资料，如何理解里程的基准呢？
“DK”具体是什么含义？（找到答案了，DK：定测里程），但DK298+275根本不是津秦客专的里程（而是京秦的里程），为什么要拿这个作为终点的里程？

比较关心改造后的唐山站有几个站台，现在看起来起码是6个岛式站台+1个基本站台
