问题1: 107国道在规划范围内是否中作调整?
答: 可以局部调整,包括平面布置。
Question 1: Can the No. 107 National highway be adjusted in the planning area?
Answer 1: it can be partially adjusted, including plane arrangement.
问题2: 请提供带有周边规划道路及控制点标高的站场平面布置图。
答:征集文件中的站场平面布置图已满足设计要求。
Question 2: Please provide the arrangement plan of the station and yard with elevation of surrounding roads and control points.
Answer 2: The arrangement plan of the station yard in the solicitation document has met the design requirement.
问题3:是否有已规划的公交线路走向图?
答: 没有。
Question 3: Is the alignment map of buses available?
Answer 3: No.
问题4: 站房内是否考虑行包用房?规模如何?
答:不办理行包用房。
Question 4: Is parcel house in the station building necessary? What about its scale?
Answer 4: The station does not provide parcel service.
问题5: 介绍会所介绍的关于新郑州站地区的规划图与招标文件所提供的图不尽一致,可否将专家介绍所用的演示文件提供给设计单位?
答: 不提供,以征集文件为准。
Question 5: The planning map introduced at the presentation meeting is a little different from that provided in the solicitation document. Can the presentation file of experts be provided to the design companies?
Answer 5: We do not provide presentation file. As for the difference, the diagrams in the solicitation document shall prevail.
问题6: 招标文件中所提供的站区规划(功能、交通)图与介绍会上的演示文件相比,图纸不全,能否补充完全,特别是交通、城市功能方面。
答:以征集文件为主。
Question 6: Compared with the presentation document in the presentation meeting, the station area planning diagrams in the solicitation document seems to be not very complete. Can a complete set of diagrams be provided, esp. in terms of communication and city function?
Answer 6: The solicitation document prevails.
问题7: 站区规划范围内有些地块已经有规划定位了,能否提供准确的地块规划图,以便了解哪些地块可以重新规划,哪些不可以。
答:不再提供。
Question 7: Some of the land parcels in the planning scope have been planned and positioned. Can you provide us an accurate land parcel planning map so that we know which land parcel can be re-planned and which ones can not?
Answer 7: We do not provide such diagrams any more.
问题8: 是否以规划局介绍的中规院的方案为设计依据?
答:可作参考,不能作为设计依据。
Question 8: Can we design basing on the design scheme made by the China academy of urban planning and design introduced at the presentation meeting?
Answer 8: The design scheme can serve as reference, but not the basis for your design.
问题9: 铁路站场标高为95米左右,地面高程为86米左右,站场下部除公交用地外,其它部分是否全部用填土?还是用高架架空?
答: 根据建筑方案需要确定。
Question 9: The elevation of the station yard is 95m while ground elevation is about 86m. Apart from land for bus bay, is other parts of the land in the lower part of the station be filled with earth or built into an overhead structure?
Answer 9: It is up to the architectural design.
问题10: 方案成果中,公共服务设施部分的设计深度如何确定?模型中需全部包含规划设计吗?
答:在本次方案征集中,公共服务设施部分只作规划设计。模型主要包括站房建筑部分。
Question 10: How to determine the design depth of the public service facilities? Should
the model contain planning part?
Answer 10: In this design scheme solicitation, the public service facilities are only required to be planned. The model mainly contains the station building part.
问题11:车场的位置是否可以微调,石武、徐兰两个车场能否拉开一些距离,还是车场的位置绝对固定不变?
答:根据结构需要,线间距可适当调整。
Question 11: Can the location of the rolling stock be adjusted a little? Can the two rolling stock yards be separated from each other a little bit or is the location cannot be altered?
Answer 11: According to the structural needs, the distance between tracks can be adjusted.
问题12:根据电子文件“06枢纽地区路网及调整”所示:康宁街提升为城市主干道,并向东穿过站场用地,请问对应电子文件“08枢纽地区路网地形图”中所示,是否将康宁街向东延伸与白佛路贯通?
答:康宁街不能向东延伸与白佛路贯通。应将康宁街北侧的榆林南路向东延伸与七里潭西路贯通。
Question 12: “The 06 road network and its adjustment in the station terminus area” file points out that kangning street has been classified as a trunk road in the city and runs eastward passing through the station land area. Our question is can we extends the kangning street eastward so that it connects with the Baifo Road?
Answer 12: Kangning road can not be extended eastward to connect with the Baifo Road. Yulin south road on the north side of the Kangning road shall run eastward to connect with the Qilitan west road.
问题13:电子文件“06枢纽地区路网及调整”中指出:枢纽站两侧道路提高级别,请问“两侧道路”是否指中兴路和圃田西路?圃田西路是否改为向北延伸并与七里河南路发生平交?
答:“两侧道路”指的是中兴路和圃田西路。圃田西路可以向北延伸并与七里河南路发生平交。
Question 13: “The 06 road network and its adjustment in the station terminus area” file points out that the roads on both sides of the station terminus should be classified as a higher level of roads, so are the two roads zhongtian road and putian west road? Can the putian west road extend northward and then intersect with the Qilihe south road on the same plane?
Answer 13: The two roads on both sides of the station terminus are zhongtian road and putian west road. The putian west road can extends northward and intersects the Qilihe south road on the same plane.
问题14:关于城市规划资料:(1)地铁1、4号线的在新郑州站地区的客运量?(2)新郑州站地区的长途车、公交车的对数、到发量?(3)城市轨道交通网络的规划?
答:(1)地铁1、4号线在新郑州站地区的主要功能是集散铁路客运和公路客运的部分旅客,设计单位应根据新郑州站地区铁路客运量和公路客运量进行测算确定。我省对新郑州站地区各种交通方式的集散量进行过初步测算(详见《郑州综合交通枢纽客运需求量及建设规模测算报告》),轨道交通集散量占新郑州站地区旅客集散量比重为45~50%,2020年集散人流量约19万人次/日(供参考)。
(2)据我省测算:新郑州站公路客运量2010年1628万人,2015年2394万人,2020年3811万人,2030年6928万人。预计2020年日发送客车2500-3000个班次。
公交车集散量占枢纽地区旅客集散量的30%,2020年承担的旅客集散量约13万人/日,日发送车辆约4300辆,供参考。
(3)郑州城市轨道交通网络见附图:郑州市城市总体规划(2006-2020年)--都市区综合交通体系协调发展规划图,其中,1号线东西向、4号线南北向通过该枢纽,另有一条都市区轨道线东西向通过该枢纽。建议根据3条规划的轨道交通线的走向、位置以及方便相互换乘的原则,结合城市道路交通、枢纽站房及各种交通方式的换乘关系,综合考虑轨道交通站点的布置、数量。建议轨道交通全部地下布置。郑州市城市总体规划(2006-2020年)目前正在由中国城市规划设计研究院进行编制。
Question 14: We are asking about the city data: (1) the traffic volume of No.1 and No.4 subway in the New Zhengzhou Railway Station area? (2) The number and passenger arriving and dispatching volume for coach and bus transportation in the station area? (3) Planning of the city rail transit network?
Answer 14: (1) The main function of No. 1 and No.4 subway in the new Zhengzhou Station area is to collect and evacuate passengers from railway and coach transportation. Designers shall calculate and determine the exact passenger volume according to the railway passenger volume and road transportation volume in the station area. We have made preliminary calculation of the passenger volume of multimode transportation in the station area (for detail see “Report on demand volume of comprehensive traffic terminus and its construction scale calculation”). We found that the rail transit passenger volume accounts for 45-50% of the total passenger volume in the station area and in 2020 the passenger volume in the station area shall reach 190,000 people per day (for reference).
(2) According to calculation, the road transportation volume in the station area shall reach 16.28 million people in 2010, 23.94 million in 2015, 38.11 million in 2020, and 69.28 million in 2030. It is expected to dispatch 2500-3000 coaches per day in 2020.
The bus transportation volume accounts for 30% of the total passenger
volume in the station area. In 2020, bus transportation will carry 130,000
people per day, with 4300 buses dispatched per day. (For reference)
(3) The city rail transit network map can be seen in the appendix. The general planning of Zhengzhou city (2006-2020) has special plans for the urban comprehensive traffic system development, in which shows that No. 1 subway runs east-west and No. 4 subway line runs north-south, passing through the terminus station. In addition, another rail line also passes through the station horizontally. It is suggested that all designers shall plan the arrangement and number of stops in an overall way, considering the alignment of the 3 rail transit lines, its location, and convenient interchange as well as multimode transfer principle. The general urban planning of Zhengzhou City (2006-2020) is now being compiled by the China academy of urban planning and design. |
