台鐵小運轉之三---西部幹線城際服務體驗之旅
話說就在台鐵小運轉之二---平溪線傳統鐵支路體驗之旅之後的一天,我打算到慈湖拜訪蔣公,於是便試乘了台鐵的城際服務,先從台北乘自強號到桃園站換乘大巴到大溪,在大溪換出租車到慈湖回程則由慈湖坐出租車到中壢站,在中壢站乘自強號回台北.
因為這是鐵路論壇,公路交通的部份我就不多說了,開始!
那天早上,6:50分在西門出發,十分鐘吃掉早餐,趕往台北站,7:29分在當日售票機手忙腳亂買好了票,趕上了7:30的自強號
那是一列PP豬,因為是推拉式列車,他開車時的慣性會令全列列車的車廂都"轟"一聲的開動,十分可怕,加速度也是極底

之前通過萬華站的時候在洗手間,當然就沒有為大家拍照了,那是一個一島一側三線的通勤站,出站就是台北龍山寺

大漢溪,一暴發起來台北就一定有水災,水患不失為台北市頭號災難,之前就曾試過有洪水湧入捷運,捷運台北站停駛三個月

中壢站是桃園縣第二大站,兩島一側(說到大站可能你們就立即想到20台10線的規模,但台灣沒有這種規模的車站,台鐵的列車基本上佔用月台時間很少,最多都是一兩分鐘,月台利用率一般很高,就沒有這個需要)

是,由"中華民國交通部"所轄
從前則是台灣省政府下轄(台灣現在搞行政簡化,打算把省政府取消)

臺中運務段(苗栗縣崎頂站至彰化縣二水站,含集集線,營運公里248.1公里)
高雄運務段(雲林縣林內站至屏東縣枋野站,營運公里266.1公里)
宜蘭運務段(基隆市暖暖站至宜蘭縣漢本站,含平溪線及深澳線,營運公里159.3公里)
花蓮運務段(花蓮縣和平站至臺東縣古莊站,營運公里271.6公里)

你在大城市吧,物價貴一點是正常
其實台北的物價要貴都可以很貴,但流行的東西一般不貴
比如說我今次吃的是"日式咖哩飯",這邊風氣崇日,日本的東西就當然便宜一點哦
還有在台灣吃的一般都是台菜(主要是小吃)或外國菜(歐美菜和日本菜最流行),當地人不太流行吃中菜

其實說到這裡,我想談一談台灣高鐵給我的啟示,THSR的貼我不發,一方面固然是相片在朋友家,另一方面更重要的是我看見這個只有二千多萬人,二萬多平方公里的小島,實在比大陸十三億同胞精明得多,靈活得多.
2007年(其實是2006年11月)和2008年,兩地都開始營運各自的第一條高速鐵路,台灣高速鐵路和京津城際鐵路,可是,看見的表現卻差了十萬九千丈.
台北站,左營站,北京南站和天津站,都是這兩條高鐵的終點站,可是,我看到台北站一開始就已經有完善的交通配套,地下鐵可以來往台北市市中心各地,台鐵則可以到達台北縣甚至更遠的宜蘭縣,還有附近的大巴總站,基本上在方圓100公里的鐵路站和大巴站都可以很輕而易舉的前往台北站.左營站儘管遲了一年多才通地鐵,但起碼人家都有和普速站接駁,而且台鐵不但沒有和高鐵在城際上和高鐵競爭,反而安排更多城際列車和通勤車停靠左營站,在方圓100公里內的火車站都是可以很輕而易舉的到左營站換乘高鐵.左營站還有和高速公路接駁,讓私家車可以從高速公路直接駛入高鐵站,現在高雄捷運通了,又是跟台北站一樣四通百達.
反觀京津城際,北京南站天津站到現在沒有地鐵接駁,普速站台沒建好,又常常堵車,換乘不便還說什麼高速鐵路?
台灣高速鐵路,400公里跑300時速,試車時,只是試到了合約訂明的315KM/H,便功德完滿,反觀京津城際鐵路,百多公里跑350,簡直浪費資源,試車時更要命,350?不夠!再跑!380?不夠!再跑!394?好了!之後媒體便歌功頌德的似,說"嘩嘩嘩,國產車跑出了第一速,中國最強中國最強!!"
哪又如何呢?那能跑394的車車,有多少能國產,心知肚明.鬼子更沉不著氣,告起來了,看來只有國人才喜歡將運行安全作兒戲.
之後,兩者都投入營運,很多人認為台鐵完蛋了,可是台鐵卻宣佈改點,把長途城際列車減少,短途城際列車增加,大量接駁高鐵車站,同時向立法院提案興建兩條新支線接駁高鐵新竹站(內灣線改造計劃)和高鐵台南站(沙崙線).改善自己的服務方針,利人利己.
反觀京津城際,不出兩個月之後先停老京津綠皮,之後停老京津動車,鐵路部給大家的訊息好像就是,"鐵路是給有錢人乘的,沒錢去坐大巴,坐黑車吧!"
兩者都是國營事業,可是一個的宗旨是為人民服務,另一個只是拿納稅人血汗錢去服務有錢人的巨大怪物.
買票,台灣高速鐵路搞了許多"雙色85/65折優惠票","三人同行一人免費"等優惠,反觀京津城際,票價都一直只維持在大眾不能接受的高水平.
以上兩者就是我從台灣高速鐵路和京津城際鐵路得到的啟示,如果要再比台灣鐵路和內地鐵路的差別的話,我覺得準要罵個狗血淋頭,我相信這貼快變吵架貼了,但我就是想說出來給大家思考一下,歡迎各位不同意我的說話,但請不要說"我國國情"等說話.因為如果"我國國情"能解釋一切的話,那我們都應該活在快樂的天國,而不是這樣的亂世,謝謝各位.

呵呵……基础配套设施……内地一直都如此……习惯了的……北京流传一种说法——哪里离北京南站距离最近？答曰：天津武清……
这就是政府效率问题……咳……基础设施建设归住房和城乡建设，进站交通归交通部，车站以及铁路设计归铁道部。。。之间还有复杂的利益纠纷……
后面不太对……城际的票价，一般人还是能接受的。56元120公里不算太昂贵。价格上比较“可爱”的必然是广深……
此外老京津绿皮还是有的。4419就是……
还有说京津跑350完全是show，这点我不同意。京津给武广，京沪，郑西收集了很多数据。测试了京沪380kph所需要的设备要求。这个show还是有意义的
