儿童票“大于”半价成人票

今天在12306网站买了张儿童票，成都到攀枝花，收了我52.5，成人全价不也才103么，半价下来也应该是51.5啊，求高人解释一下为何多了一块钱，谢谢啦

全票   客票  62   加快费  24    客票发展基金  1    空调费 15  车站空调费  1
孩票           31              12                        1             7.5                   1
