格式控制代码失效（一个技术问题）

引用别人的发言 和 编辑自己的发言，都会导致 论坛格式控制代码失效 且以正文形式显示，导致格式混乱。

求解决。

比如，我引用自己的发言，则显示为上述效果。

技术支持

根据我的观察，这是网络载入相关程序速度过慢造成的
我这里网络条件好的时候，不会出现，网络条件稍微差一些的时候，有些程序载入迟钝，但是一些内容已经显示，所以就出现了这种情况
