京津城际延伸线天津至塘沽段，并行于既有津山线，线路长度 38.788km ；天津站东端津秦至城际上下行联络线，线路单线全长 2.885km （下行 1.394km ，上行 1.491km ）；天津站东端新建城际至津秦下行联络线，线路单线全长 0.994km ；京津城际延伸线塘沽至于家堡段，线路全长 5.084km ；新建进港二线至泰达站货车线，线路全长 1.097km ；并行既有津山线新建泰达至北塘西货车线，线路全长 9.477km 。

津秦至城际

既可以是秦方向至城际京方向；

也可以是津方向至城际沽方向。

换个思路就对了
