徐州早于常州获批，已经开建了 <br />
不要在这里造谣了。徐州刚通过中咨。住建部、发改委、国务院，一步步还早呢。何况开建还需要发改委的工可。徐州再快1年内也开建不了。

徐州一号线确实有些边角项目已经开建，很多预留工程已经完工，就等发改委一纸批文了

不管地铁还是轻轨，总归批示了。
苏州已经成为全国第一个开通地铁的地级市。
严格的讲，佛山应该算第一个吧。

预留工程的话，常州的火车站，大学城都已经施工预留完了。

预留工程不稀奇。各地都是这样做的，是为了降低日后的成本。我针对那位网友说的依然没错。说什么徐州已经批了显然是造谣。
