这个，津保对河北的唐山和秦皇岛是大利好，对天津当然也是，不过没有那两个地方那么好吧。你说得有点偏激了。
说道港口，这个津保对天津的作用有限，因为很难再往西修了。唐山的张唐马上就要通车了。
所以总的来说，最舒服的是唐秦的旅客，往南往西更方便了。

东段天津至霸州西是客专，因为已经有津霸联络线了，货车走津霸联络线，所以东段为客专250km。西段保定至霸州西为客货混跑200km。除非保霸铁路修上，那样津保就成了纯客专了。
河北省却有保霸建设的规划，不过就是不知道要拖到什么时候

津霸啥时能提速啊？限速80受不了。

京九客车没有必要再上津霸 今后走津霸——京九——石德的车都要改走津保
