2010年3月，铁道部、河北省政府联合下发了《关于新建唐山北站至唐山站客车线工程可行性研究报告的批复》(铁计函342号)
2010年4月18日，开工大会；
2010年9月10日，工程勘察设计、施工、监理3项合同分别签订，工程全面启动。2010年12月15日，部分工点已进场施工，全线共设计5处连续梁已进场施工4处。召开工程建设动员大会，进入全面施工阶段。
2011年7月27日，全面完成征地补偿工作。
2011年8月11日，工程全线范围内无拆迁物地段用地已全部交付建设单位。线下桩基工程已完成66%，线上桥梁工程已完成58%；
。。。
争取2012年底，完成总工程量50%。。。
才20公里的线，两年多，才完成一半。。。

现任领导对前任领导的“重点工程”一般都不感冒，除非现任领导是前任提拔的。换领导以后一般都另规划一套，新上一批“重点工程”。

现任领导对前任领导的“重点工程”一般都不感冒，除非现任领导是前任提拔的。换领导以后一般都另规划一套，新上一批“重点工程”。 <br />

我估计着16年园博会前能完成。 <br />

现任领导明显是前任领导提拔的，看年龄，看资历，就知道是来为前任"守业"
